Founder

With over 20 years of experience in hotel operations, food and beverage management, and property administration, Sanjay Das brings deep industry expertise and strategic leadership to Andiamo.

He has held senior leadership positions, including General Manager roles at reputed hotels and resorts across India, overseeing operations, revenue growth, guest satisfaction, team development, and pre-opening management.

His commitment to service excellence and operational discipline forms the foundation of Andiamo’s premium standards.

Santanu Bhattacharjee

Advisor – Learning & Development

Mr. Bhattacharjee is a seasoned hotelier with a distinguished career spanning several decades in hospitality operations, learning and development, and institutional training. With leadership experience as General Manager in both international and Indian hotel chains, he brings a deep-rooted expertise in Food & Beverage operations and service excellence.

He is an alumnus of Cornell University, USA, having completed the Professional Development Program (PDP) in Food & Beverage Management. Additionally, he holds certification as a Food & Beverage Trainer from the Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Motel Association, USA.

Widely respected for his comprehensive knowledge of F&B management, team leadership, and talent development, Mr. Bhattacharjee is deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of hospitality professionals. He combines academic depth with practical operational experience to foster a culture of learning, innovation, and service leadership in every environment he engages with.

Piyush Mitra

Director – Operations

Mr. Piyush Mitra is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 23 years of experience in hotel operations, food & beverage management, and hospitality leadership across India, Dubai, and Seychelles. He has successfully managed resort and hotel operations, led large teams, and specialized in customer service excellence, food cost control, inventory management, staff training, and event planning. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Utsav Resort, he is known for his strong leadership, operational efficiency, and deep understanding of hospitality and guest relations

Chandan Das

Mr. Chandan Das is a dynamic digital marketing professional with extensive experience in hospitality, travel, events, and brand promotions.
